Refund policy

Return Window:

  • Customers can request returns/refunds within 180 days after delivery
  • For issues like misprints, damage, or defects, claims should be submitted within 7 days for faster processing

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tapstitch doesn't accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items
  • Customers pay for return shipping

What's NOT Returnable:

  • Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks (hygiene reasons)
  • Sample items
  • Items beyond the 180-day window
  • Items produced correctly per the customer's design/specs but later deemed unwanted

Refund Process:

  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • Processing times vary by payment provider

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can only be canceled for full refund while in "In Review" status
  • Once production starts, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund

Delayed Shipment Compensation:

  • Small orders: Up to 10% compensation if no shipping info by day 7
  • Bulk orders: Up to 10% compensation if no shipping info by day 16
